ORDER PROCESS

 Lets be honest, wedding planning can be stressful and sometimes feel overwhelming, so lets take some time, have some fun and enjoy some cake!!

I love to hear all about your wedding plans and all the details which will make your wedding so personal. 

I  will work with you to incorporate them into your wedding cake design to make sure it is a perfect addition to your day.

First of all, we need to make sure that we are a 'good fit'

If you are looking for classic, elegant and beautiful cake artistry..... Patacake is here to help.

I only take on a certain number of bookings per month, and these can book up very quickly, especially summer months. 

Once we know that your date is available,  I can  send over a basic quotation.

You can secure your date with a £100 booking fee and we can finalise your design at your consultation.

I offer a free wedding cake consultations for couples around 6 months prior to your wedding date. These are held via video link where we can discuss all the details and designs.

I also offer sample sessions. These are held through out the year at a charge of £30 per box. Each box will contain 6 of the most popular flavours and is sent via Royal Mail.

WANT TO TASTE FIRST?

We completely understand that you may prefer to have a wedding cake sample box before paying a deposit and that is absolutely fine!

The standard box of popular flavours can be purchased for £30. Boxes can be collected or posted by Royal Mail for £6 Please note this cost is payable in advance and is non-refundable.

WEDDING CAKES

Wedding cakes can be extremely delicate and in most cases need to be set up at the venue. I will personally deliver and set up the cake at your venue to ensure it is perfect.

I will liaise directly with the wedding coordinator at your chosen venue to arrange this. 

The cost of delivery and set up is based on mileage to your venue and will be detailed in your cake quotation.

If you would prefer to collect your wedding cake, this can be arranged. In this case i would use a travel safe, internal structure to ensure it arrives in one piece.

This will incur and extra charge and will be  detailed on your quotation.

CELEBRATION CAKES

Celebration cakes are available for collection from my home address in Misterton, South Yorkshire, Usually from 10am onwards. Local delivery can be also be arranged for a small additional charge. 

 WEDDING CAKES

A non refundable £100 Booking Fee/Deposit is payable at the time of booking your cake with me to confirm your order.

For wedding cakes full payment is required 2 weeks prior to your delivery date and we will send an invoice reminder via email as we know your schedule is likely to be busy!

If required, payments can be made towards your wedding cake until the balance is paid in full. You will receive an updated payment schedule  after every payment made.

Payments are via Bank transfer or Cash only.

CELEBRATION CAKES

A non refundable £25 deposit is payable at the time of booking your cake with me to confirm your order.

For celebration cakes the balance is payable on collection / delivery via cash or bank transfer only.

A full copy of my TERMS AND CONDITIONS will be sent to you with your cake quotation
